When a new user comes over the internet and learns about email address, the user jumps to type gmail in Google. In fact I created my first email address that was a gmail account. We keep using our gmail account and suddenly we realize that we have hundreds of emails in our inbox. The same happened with me and I was totally lost on how to delete all emails in gmail inbox. The main problem being that gmail never allows you to select all emails in one click.

Steps to delete all emails in gmail inbox:

1. Refer my post to configure gmail account in outlook express.
2. While configuring gmail in outlook express select “delete gmail’s copy” in fifth step in my post instead of “keep gmail’s copy of inbox”.
3. Open outlook express and wait for it to update the emails. Outlook express will show send and receive percentage in the right hand bottom corner.
4. Once the send and receive is done, emails that have been received are being automatically deleted from gmail inbox.
